                        It is agreed that this petition could be disposed of by directing the official respondents that the salaries of the petitioners and all rights accrued under the contract may be provided to the petitioners. However, as far as the extension of the contract of the petitioners is concerned, the petitioners cannot enforce such right for the extension of the contract, however it may be agreed between two parties to act in accordance with law. The salaries and any other benefit arising there under if not paid shall be paid within forty five days. Petition stands disposed of.
