                        At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant expressed his readiness to withdraw the instant bail application provided trial Court is directed to conclude the case within shortest possible time.  

            Miss Shazia Surahio State Counsel   does not oppose the above proposal.

                        In view of the above, bail application is dismissed however, trial Court is directed to conclude the case within three months.

                        The bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
