            Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the mutation is based on the genuine and original documents  and the  mutation could not have been made without the registration of the documents and without perusing the original. Be that as it may, it is a case on merits.  After hearing the parties at length, it is agreed that the  trial Court shall conclude the trial preferably within a period of three months where-after the applicant would be at liberty to move such application before the trial Court after recording evidence of at least three  material witnesses.

Criminal Misc. Application  stands disposed of.
