                   It is agreed that the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 09.8.2012 would appear before the learned D.I.G.P., Crime, Sindh, Karachi, on 11.3.2013, at 3.00 p.m., to resolve the controversy, who would then pass appropriate order as deemed fit in compliance of the order dated 08.9.2012.  The contempt application in terms of the above order is, therefore, disposed of.
