It is contended that both the detainees have been released in this matter and as such the purpose of this petition has been served; despite the contention of the learned counsel for petitioner that some articles have not been released. So for as those articles are concerned, the learned counsel may avail remedy available to him in accordance with law.

This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
