4.                It is contended by the learned Counsel for the applicants that since the N.B.Ws have been issued, therefore, they could not reach and approach to the trial Court. 

                   Accordingly, without touching merits of the case, protective bail for a period of 10 days from today is granted to the applicants on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.75,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  In the meantime, the operation of the N.B.Ws issued against the applicants is suspended for 10 days.

                   This order shall cease to exist on expiry of 10 days from today or when the applicants surrender before the concerned Court, whichever is earlier.
