            In terms of order dated 22.01.2013 third time was granted despite the matter was coming up for non prosecution. Even no one is in attendance the matter is still fixed for non prosecution. On the last date it was observed that in case matter still remained un-complied, the same shall be deemed   to be dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, it needs  no further orders as in view of order dated 22.01.2013 the matter already stands dismissed for non prosecution.
