          Statements filed by respondents No.1, 3, 4 & 5, and objections on behalf of respondent No.2 are taken on record. Power filed on behalf of respondent No.2 is also taken on record.

          It is case of the petitioners that petitioner No.1 being sui-juris has solemnized marriage pursuant to the Nikahnama available on record dated 13.2.2013; and annoyed with this marriage the private respondents are causing harassment to the petitioners through the official respondents. The official respondents have appeared and submitted that there is no allegation or F.I.R against the petitioners, who stated to be living happily as wedded couple. 

          Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent objected that the father has every right to meet his daughter i.e. the petitioner No.1. Nobody stops meeting father with his daughter, it is only choice and desire of the petitioner if she intends to meet her father, as she being sui-juris can exercise her rights in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioners and that they shall act strictly in accordance with law.

          The petition stands disposed of.
