4.         This is an application in terms whereof the suspension of the operation of impugned order whereby non bailable warrants were issued against the applicants were sought. It is submitted that complainant has filed a statement dated 04.10.2012 wherein they have submitted that they have patched up the matter and insofar as the orders pertained to the non bailable warrants are concerned they may be suspended. Accordingly, non bailable warrants issued against the applicants till final decision of misc. application are suspended. Application stands disposed of.
