                        It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that in terms of statement given by the alleged abductee she has  contracted marriage. Accordingly statement  has been placed  before learned Magistrate pursuant to the  Crime No.80/2011 of P.S Wagan.  Pursuant  to such statement this does not become a case of illegal detention.  Accordingly this petition is dismissed.  However, in case  the petitioner intends to avail any other remedy available to him under the law  he is at liberty.
