            Learned counsel submits that there are seven absconders who have been issuing threats to the  complainant/applicant and as such in view of these threats the instant transfer application has been moved. Originally the case is being proceeded at Additional Sessions Judge, Kamber and on account of threats it is allegedly stated that the complainant party has shifted  to Larkana and as such they have moved this application accordingly. Apparently, this does not  seem to be a ground where this transfer application could be considered as the alleged  threats would continue even at Larkana if all it is considered to  be correct. If they need protection they can move such application for such relief. However mere transferring the case from one court to another  such alleged threats would not come to an end if at all  they are there. Criminal Transfer application is dismissed.
