                   As far as prayer clause "C" is concerned, learned Counsel for the petitioner on the basis of the report and the comments filed today does not press the prayer clause "C", which is accordingly dismissed.  Learned Counsel further submits that he will be satisfied in case the official respondents are directed to provide protection to the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and her family. 

                   Learned State Counsel submits neither official respondents have harassed the petitioner, nor they have any intention to do so. 

                   Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to provide protection to the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and her family.
