                   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the direction is issued to the respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and protection is provided to the petitioner and his estate/property by the official respondents. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the consent of learned State Counsel that official respondents will act strictly in accordance with the law and due protection as required under the law shall be provided to the petitioner and his estate/property.
