          All the learned Counsel agreed that this petition may be disposed of directing official respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioners and that the official respondents shall take care of life and liberty of the petitioner. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel this petition is disposed of accordingly. However, as far as private respondents are concerned, this petition could not be directed against them and in case any of the private respondents act contrary to law, the law will take its own course.
