                        Learned State Counsel today is in attendance and waives notice of this petition. He also submits that the official respondents have neither caused harassment nor would cause harassment in future. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction to official respondents not to cause harassment to petitioner and act strictly in accordance with the law. However, as far as registration of FIR is concerned, the official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with the law.
