                        Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and would not press this petition, if the I.O is directed to obtain statement of Mst. Faiza, who appeared before Sukkur Bench in C.P.No.3092/2012 in which she sought legal protection may be obtained and place before the Court, where the Crime No.74/2012, Police Station Kamber lodged by the petitioner is pending. On obtaining such statement, the Presiding Officer shall proceed in accordance with the law. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
