                        Learned counsel submits that since NBWs have been issued against the applicant, hence they are not in a position to appear and surrender before the learned trial Court.

                        Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail in the sum of Rs.200,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. In the meantime, operation of NBWs issued by the trial Court shall remain suspended. This order shall cease to exist on the surrender of the applicants before the trial Court or after one week which ever is earlier.
