                        Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have floated for the appointment of Assistant in National Accountability Bureau (NAB), however, subsequently such public notice was recalled. It is contended that as to when such notice again is to be issued the petitioner will approach. It needs no permission from this Court if at all such notice is issued for recruitment, the petitioner if eligible may apply for the same. Petition stands disposed of.
