Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui, J-.                By consent, this petition is disposed of in the terms mentioned in the Order dated 24.01.2012, passed by Sukkur bench of this Court in C.P. No. D- 224 of 2011.  This petition thus accordingly following the same terms is disposed of as under:

                        “With the consent of petitioner, this constitution petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit an application to respondent No.1 through respondent No.2, enclosing therewith following documents within period of two weeks of the date of this order. The respondent No.1 is directed to process and get the case of the petitioner decided within a period of two months thereafter.

(i) Copy of Agreement Bond signed by the applicant/plot donor and EDO (E), regarding construction of school building.

(ii) Copy of Form VII-B duly signed by Mukhtiarkar (Land Revenue) concerned, showing the ownership of plot/land of the applicant.

(iii) N.O.C of other shareholders of land/plot and other heirs of property.

(iv) Qualification certificates, CNIC, Domicile and PRC of the applicant, certificate from relevant officer that land donated for construction of school building stand transferred in the name of Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
