4 & 5.  Protective bail is being sought on the ground that the applicants intend to surrender before the trial Court, since trial Court has issued NBWs: against them, therefore, apprehending their imminent arrest they have approached this Court for grant of protective bail enabling them to appear before the concerned Court.

            Mr. Abdul Rasheed Soomro learned State Counsel very candidly concedes and does not object to grant of protective bail.

            Without dilating upon merits of the case, applicants, namely, Qazi Ghulam Muhammad, Iqbal alias Fouji and Hussain Bux alias Hussain alias Muhammad Hussain are granted protective bail for a period of five days commencing from today enabling them to appear before concerned Court provided they furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One hundred thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  In the meantime, operation of NBWs: issued against the applicants is suspended. The operation of this order shall cease to have effect on expiry of five days and on the date when the applicants surrender before the concerned Court, whichever is earlier.
