                        Through this petition, petitioner has  prayed as under:

A.  That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct  respondent No.2 to 4 to issue certified true copies of the record of rights in respect of survey Nos.221, 216, 215, 214, 207, 254, 217 and 218 situated in deh Unar, Tapo Banguldero, Taluka Ratodero Distt: Larkana, without any further delay.

B.       Award costs.

C.       Grant any other equitable relief.

                        Respondent No.4 present in person  filed statement stating therein that neither the petitioner is owner of the survey numbers mentioned in para No.2 of the petition  nor he has any nexus  to it.   In view of the above, we are of the considered view that such factual controversy  could not be resolved  in these proceedings.   Consequently, this petition is dismissed however,  the petitioner is at liberty to approach  appropriate forum if so advised.
