            At the very outset, learned State Counsel undertakes that certified true copies of orders, if any, passed on 30.05.2012, in appeals re; Gulbahar v. Asghar and another, and Ghulam Rasool v. Asghar Ali and another, will be provided to the petitioner, if he makes such application, subject to payment of usual costs.

            In view of above, the learned counsel for petitioner being satisfied seeks disposal of the instant petition in above terms. Order accordingly.
