              Learned counsel for  the  petitioner has  prayed that there is deficiency of half inch in the  height and as such the offer letters could not be issued to the  petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such deficiencies were  condoned by the respondents which is conceded by the learned State counsel. Learned counsels  relied  upon annexure-B attached to the comments filed on behalf of respondent No.3. In view of such consent by respondent counsel this petition is disposed of with direction to respondents No.1 & 2 to condone the deficiency in the height to the extent of half inch and after completing the coddle  formalities as required under Rule 11-A of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfers) Rules, 1974, offer letter may be issued to the petitioner.

            Constitution petition stands disposed of in the  above terms.
