          It is contended by the respondent No.1, that they have neither sealed the house whether the petitioner is residing nor they have any orders of sealing the subject property. It is contended that petitioner herself has sealed and locked the subject premises, which contention is denied by the petitioner herself. It is agreed that let the lock be break-opened in presence of the petitioner and respondent No.1, and that she is free to live in the said premises subject to law. In case there is any order with regard to sealing of the premises that may be communicated to the petitioner and complied with in letter and spirit. Though the respondent No.1 claimed that they have not caused any harassment, yet they are directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner in future.

          The Deputy Registrar of this Court is therefore directed to make compliance of the above order regarding break-opening of the premises. The Deputy Registrar’s fee is fixed at Rs.5000/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that preparation of inventory is not necessary and they are willing to occupy the premises as it is found. 

          The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
