Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the controversy arising out of this petition has already been decided in number of petitioners and one of such orders passed by this Court is also attached as annexure "C" to the memo of petition.

Learned Asst. A. G., was shown this order and he concedes to the extent that the District Recruitment Committee may consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the Recruitment Policy dated 10.7.2008, in terms as interpreted by this Court in C. P. No.D-1295/2011 and shall also comply findings given in the aforesaid judgment.

Accordingly, by consent this petition is disposed of with the observation that the District Recruitment Committee while considering the case of petitioners shall strictly follow the procedure laid down in the Recruitment Policy dated 10.7.2008 and shall prepare a revised merit list within two months.

The observations made in C. P. No.D-1295/2011 shall be followed while considering the case of the petitioners. The petition thus is disposed of in the letter and spirit of the order passed in the aforesaid petition.
