Petitioners are present in person.

Mr. Azizul Haque Solangi, Asst. A. G., alongwith SIPO Akbar Murri, SHO PS Moro.

                   Although Counsel for the petitioners is not in attendance, but both petitioners are present in person and petitioner No.1 has categorically recorded her statement that out of her own freewill she has solemnized marriage with petitioner NO.2.  She stated that she is matriculate and sui juris.

                   Respondents No.2 and 3 have filed comments and submitted that an F.I.R bearing crime No.50/2013 has been registered by the father of the petitioner No.1 at Police Station Moro, District Naushero Feroz, for offence under Section 365-B, 452, 148, 149, P.P.C.  Accordingly, in view of such statement this petition is disposed by directing the official respondents not to cause harassment to the petitioners, act strictly in accordance with law and to provide protection to the petitioners and family members.
