            By consent it is agreed that this petition could be disposed of by directing the respondents not to cause harassment and act strictly in accordance with law and any violation pursuant to performing in duties shall be dealt strictly in accordance with law. As far as lodging FIR against the proposed accused are concerned the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Sessions Court as required under the law and in case he is further aggrieved from such order he may approach this Court in accordance with law.

            The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
