2. Urgency granted.   It is contended by the learned counsel  that he would be satisfied if the official  respondents are directed    that they shall not cause any harassment to the petitioner and they shall  act strictly in accordance with the law and shall not take law in their hands.

            Learned State Counsel filed  comments on behalf of the respondent and states that they shall act strictly in accordance with the law.

            Accordingly,  this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents  act strictly in accordance with the law and ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioners.
