            Pursuant to the raid, it is contended that the detainees have been recovered and they have been found involved in certain offences registered under certain F.I.Rs. It is contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that they may avail their remedy in accordance with law and as such purpose of this petition has been served. Accordingly this petition is disposed as the purpose has been served.
