            It appears that since 23.4.2010 the applicant is not pursuing this case. On 23.4.2010 counsel for the applicant was called absent. On 07.5.2010 this civil revision was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the applicant. Subsequently, on 18.10.2010 no one appeared on behalf of the applicant and it was adjourned in the interest of justice. On 08.8.2011 it was brought to the notice of this Court that Mr. Sikandar Ali Alvi, advocate has expired and the notices were issued to the applicant who were not in attendance throughout. On 09.10.2012 no one appeared on behalf of the applicant though the notices were issued to them. Subsequently, the notices were repeated on 06.11.2012 to the applicants and non one is in attendance, even today. It appears that the applicants have lost interest in the case and in view of the above this civil revision application is dismissed for non prosecution.
