            The applicant has challenged impugned order whereby his application under Section 22-A & 22-B Cr.P.C. was dismissed. The story that has been based in the application under Section 22-A & 22-B Cr.P.C is not confidence inspiring. Earlier an F.I.R bearing No.33/2012 has been lodged, where the investigation was conducted by the Investigating Officer and the present applicant did not challenge either the investigation that was conducted or the proceedings there-under.  The story narrated appears to be far from belief. I see no substance in this criminal miscellaneous application, which is accordingly dismissed.
