                   Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the complainant Moharram son of Khamiso and witnesses Muhammad Ismail and Ahmed Ali, who are the eyewitnesses of the case have amicably settled that in case the applicant is enlarged on bail, they have no objection.  Learned State Counsel concedes to such submission.  Accordingly, without going deep into merits of the case, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the applicant on 14.5.2012 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
