            On 16.11.2012 Mr. Akeel Ahmed Bhutto, advocate held brief for Mr.Ghulam Mohiuddin Durani, advocate for applicant who was unwell. Subsequently, on 18.12.2012 the counsel  who was stated to be busy in some other court and the other counsel raised objection to the adjournment and  it was adjourned as last chance. Again  on 11.1.2013 the learned counsel  though in attendance sought time to make compliance of office objections which apparently have not been complied with. Today again he is also  called absent. It appears that the applicant and his counsel  have lost interest in the case. Consequently, this criminal misc. application  is dismissed  for  non  prosecution.
