          On 24.12.2012, the alleged detainee, namely, Mst. Beebai recorded statement that she was never married to petitioner Muhammad Bakhsh and that she was married to one Aslam son of Abdul Hakeem Lund and that she was living with him with the consent of her parents and that she has no concern whatsoever with the petitioner. Today, the learned Counsel for respondents    No. 4 to 6 submits that petitioner was already married to the sister of detainee Beebai and that out of said marriage the petitioner has six children. Under these circumstances and in consideration of statement recorded by alleged detainee Mst. Beebai, this petition has no substance, which is dismissed accordingly. The petitioner, respondents and the alleged detainee may avail remedy as provided under the law.
