                   Petitioner is produced from Dar-ul-Aman, Sukkur.  She has filed this petition, seeking directions for lodging the F.I.R against her husband and his brothers.  Since alternate remedy to approach the learned Sessions Judge/Justice of Peace is provided under the law, therefore, Mr. Bhutto states that this petition may be disposed of with such directions. 

                   This petition is disposed of with the observations that the petitioner would be at liberty to file an application under Section 22-A & B, Cr.P.C before the learned Sessions Judge/Justice of Peace, Jacobabad, if she so desires.  The Assistant Director, Dar-ul-Aman, Sukkur is directed that if the petitioner intends to file such application, then she shall be produced before the learned Sessions Judge/Justice of Peace, Jacobabad.

                   This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
