                        Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner Mohammad Ayoob has prayed for the following relief(s):-

a) That  this Honourable Court may be pleased to refer the matter to some honest officer of crime branch of police department for holding enquiry regarding involvement of the petitioner who is lame disable man and to submit its report before this Hon’ble Court and then in light of the  enquiry report this Hon’ble Court.

b) That this Hon’ble Court further be pleased to direct   the respondent No.01 not to arrest  the petitioner till receipt of the report of crime branch.

c) Award cost of the petition.

d) Any other relief which this honourable Court  may deems proper and fit.

            Notices have been issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.  Comments have been filed by the respondent No.3 _____________

             In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press the petition more and it is accordingly disposed of.
