                        Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner Arbab Ali Mugheri has prayed for the following relief(s):-

a) That  this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondent No.1/SHO Kamber P.S to conduct fair and impartial investigation of the case and to arrest the accused without fear or favour and to submit final report of the same in the Court of law against the accused and to act in accordance with law.

b) Award costs.

c) Grant an other equitable relief.

Notices have been issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.

            Learned advocate for the petitioner submits  that case bearing Crime No.305/2011 U/S 506/2, 337-H/2, 148, 149 PPC of P.S Kamber  has been challaned before the competent Court of law. Therefore,  trial Court is directed to decide the case expeditiously  in accordance with the law.  Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
