2.                This is protective bail application filed by the applicant in respect of offence under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471-A, 34, PPC read with Section 5(2) Act-II of 1947, registered as crime No.01/2011 before Police Station ACE, Larkana.

                   Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/accused apprehends his arrest before the trial Court, as it is surrounded by the concerned police officers from the police station and as such he cannot reach before the concerned Court, therefore, he requests for protective bail so as to enable him to surrender before the concerned Court to obtain bail in accordance with law.

                   Without touching the merit of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for 10 days subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.500,000/- (rupees five lac) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

                   This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of 10 days from today or when the applicant surrenders before the trial Court, whichever occurs earlier.

                   The bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
