            It appears that by order dated 07.8.2012 time of three months was granted to conclude the trial. However, the term in the reference shown that since the R&Ps was received by the trial Court on 28.11.2012, therefore, same could not be concluded. It was further requested in the reference that three months period is required by the Presiding Officer to conclude the trial . Order accordingly.

            The reference stands disposed of.
