                        It is contended  by the learned counsel for the petitioner that  respondents No.1 and 2 may be directed  to provide  legal protection to the petitioners as and when required  as they have been harassed by the  private respondent No.4. Be that as it may, learned State Counsel submits that neither harassment is caused  to the petitioners  nor they have  intention to do so in future. Learned counsel for the petitioner  submits that he will be satisfied  in case directions are issued to the respondents No.2 and 3  that  respondents No.2 and 3 shall act strictly in accordance with the law and shall not indulge  in any activity which is prejudice to the rights and interest of the petitioners.   It is further contended  by the learned counsel for the respondents   that  since the petitioner No.2 has filed suit for dissolution of marriage and was decreed  therefore, under present facts and circumstances  the petition would lie.  

                        Be that as it may,  I am not inclined   to go through those disputed question of facts, if that is the case, law would take its own course and the petitioner No.2 would be at liberty to proceed  her case of dissolution and execution in accordance with the law. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
