                        Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed not to cause harassment illegally and unlawfully to the petitioner. Learned State Counsel states that neither the respondents have harassed the petitioner nor intend to do so. Accordingly, the petitioner’s counsel is satisfied with the statement given by the learned State Counsel and this petition is disposed of with the above observation.
