                        The petitioner  appearing in person as made two prayers  that  the private respondents should be restrained from harassing  the petitioner and those private respondents should be restrained from registering FIR.  I am afraid, both  these prayers could not be granted by this Court as writ petition could not be maintainable.  

            The petitioner in such circumstances submits that he is going to take proper steps by approaching proper forum and does not press this petition which is dismissed as not pressed.
