All counsel present agree for the disposal of this petition in the following terms:

That the petitioner shall approach to Electricity Inspector, SEPCO at Sukkur, who would resolve controversy regarding consumption of electricity through the connected Meter being reference No.16382220060262-U. The Electric Inspector shall resolve the controversy in accordance with the law after hearing all the parties concerned within prescribed period. In case, any party aggrieved with such decision, he would be at liberty to avail appeal before the Secretary of the concerned Ministry. On deposit of 50% amount before the Electric Inspector, the counsel for respondent undertakes that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till the resolution of the dispute by the Electric Inspector concerned. The petition stands disposed of.
