            Through this constitution petition petitioner Ghulam Sarwar has prayed for the following relief (s):-

(a) That this Honourable Court be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to 4 not to cause harassment to the petitioner, his brothers and his family inmates with malafide.

(b) To diect the respondent no.1 to 3 not to adopt any illegal methods against the petitioner and his brother at the instance of respondent No.4.

(c) To award costs of the petition.

(d) Any other relief which this  Honourable Court deems fit and proper under the circumstances may also be awarded to the petitioner.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.

            At the very outset, Mr. Naimatullah Bhurgri, State counsel submits that no harassment whatsoever shall be caused to the petitioner by official respondents and official respondents shall conduct themselves in accordance with law and will not act contrary to law. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied from such undertaking/statement of learned State counsel and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
