            Through this constitution petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief (s).

(a) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue WRIT of Mandamus against them not to harass the petitioners with directions to Police Official give protection of their lives and property of the petitioners.

(b) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to record the statement of Petitioner No.1, and if any FIR against her husband same may be disposed off under cancel “C” class.

(c) Cost of the petition be awarded.

(d) Any other relief which this honourable Court may deems fit and proper.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by SHO P.S Badah, and SSP Larkana. SSP Larkana in his comments has stated that every protection shall be provided to the petitioners in accordance with law. SHO PS Badah in the comments has stated that neither petitioners have been harassed nor they shall be harassed in future. Learned State counsel also states that legal protection shall be provided to the petitioners as provided in the law.

            In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
