                        Through this constitution petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief (s).

(a) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the SSP Shikarpur to expedite the SHO Police Station Dakhan to arrest the accused nominated in the FIR and complete the investigation within (14) days and take disciplinary action against the investigation Officer for non compliance of Police Rules.

(b) That this honourable Court may further be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to make for the protection of life and liberty of petitioner.

(c)  Cost of the petition be awarded.

(d) Any other relief which this honourable Court may deems fit and proper.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by SSP Shikarpur and SHO P.S DAkhan in which it is stated that case bearing Crime No.66/2012 registered at Police Station Dakhan under Section 342, 506/2, 353, 337-A(i), F(i), 34, PPC has been challaned before the competent court of law, therefore, trial court shall proceed with the case in accordance with law. Official respondents in their comments have stated that protection as provided under the law shall be provided to the petitioner.

            In these circumstances learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
