            Through this constitution petition, petitioners seek following relief(s):-

(a) To call upon private respondent No.4 directing him to reduce in writing the security Bond that he will not force the petitioners to sale out their agricultural lands to the respondent No.4 with further directions not to harass and humiliate the petitioners with the active assistance of respondent No.2 without due course of law.

(b) To direct the respondent No.2 not to act at the behest of private respondent and shall not register any false and fabricated criminal cases against the petitioners and will act in accordance with law.

(c) To direct the respondent no.3 to provide all legal protection to the petitioners in accordance with law and ensure that the petitioners and their families are living peacefully at the place of their residence.

(d) Award costs.

(e) Grant any other equitable relief(s).

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by SHO Police Station, Mirokhan, the respondent No.2 and private respondent No.4. Respondent No.2 in the comments has stated that respondent No.4 lodged FIR bearing Crime No.32 of 2012 for murder of his brother Ghulam Sarwar against the petitioners. Such case was registered at Police Station Mirokhan . The private respondent, in the comments has stated that said case is pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shahdadkot. However, other allegations have been denied. Official respondent SHO PS Mirokhan is present in Court and states that legal protection shall be provided to the petitioner in accordance with law and criminal case shall proceed before the trial Court on its merits.

            Learned State counsel states that no harassment whatsoever shall be caused to the petitioners except in due course of law. SHO PS Mirokhan states that he will provide every protection to the petitioners in accordance with law.

            In these circumstances learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
