Respondent No. 4 is present in person.

            Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief (s) :-

(a) To call and direct the official respondents No.1 to 3 not to violate fundamental rights and legal privileges of petitioner and his family and to avoid from arresting, harassing, pressurizing or recovering from him any amount except due course of law at the instance of private respondent No.4.

(b) To bound down the private respondent No. 4, not to cause undue harassment, pressure or threats to petitioner and his other sons regarding any payment or share of the property except due course of law.

(c) To direct the S.S.P Larkana, to ensure legal protection to petitioner and his family members against apprehended life and property loss at the hands of respondents No.1     to 4.

            Notices were issued to the respondents, as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by all the respondents. The official respondents in their comments have stated that they have never harassed petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future and every protection of law shall be provided to him by the official respondents. It may be mentioned here that respondent No. 4 is son of the petitioner; the respondent No. 4 shall respect in all manners to the petitioner, who is his father. 

            In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
