            Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief (s) :-

(a) To direct respondents No. 3 to 8, not to harass the petitioner and his family members at the instance of private respondents, as well as respondent No.9, except due course of law.

(b) To direct respondents No.2 to provide protection to the petitioner and his family members according to law.

(c) To restrain the respondents No.3 to 7, not to lodge  false F.I.R against the petitioner and his family members at the instance of private respondents, prior permission of this Court.

            Notices were issued to the respondents, as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by the respondents, in which it is stated that neither the petitioner has been harassed nor respondents intend to harass him in future without due course of law. The official respondents have further stated that every protection as provided in the law shall be provided to the petitioner.

            In these circumstances, learned advocate for petitioner is satisfied from such statements, which are on record and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
