            Learned advocate for the applicant/accused submits that he would be satisfied, if directions are issued to the trial Court for deciding the case expeditiously.  Learned State Counsel recorded no objection.

            In these circumstances, learned trial Court is directed to decide the case bearing crime No.06/2012, registered at P.S Nabi Shah Wagan, under Sections 302, 404, 148, 149, 114 P.P.C. within period of four months under intimation to this Court.

            The Crl. Misc. Appln. stands disposed of accordingly.
